Major update to AAMS database

We have added > 2 years of data to the AAMS database. It now spans the entire series from installation of the equipment from May 2018 onwards. The flux data from 2018 to 2020 and radiation data from 2018 to 2022 needed extra quality control and processing before being able to be published in the MAQ-Observations database.
